Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of Vision Glass Company internal operations tools, including systems that support lead intake, project workflow, scheduling, customer communication, and QuickBooks Online connectivity.
Authorized Use
These tools are provided only for authorized employees, contractors, and representatives of Vision Glass Company. Users may access the tools solely for legitimate company operations and may not resell, sublicense, or use the tools for any unrelated purpose.
QuickBooks Online Connection
When QuickBooks Online is connected, the integration is used only for Vision Glass Company business records authorized by the QuickBooks administrator. The connection may support customer, estimate, invoice, payment, balance, and related accounting workflow visibility for internal operations.
User Responsibilities
- Use the tools only for authorized company business.
- Protect login credentials and company information.
- Enter accurate information and avoid unauthorized changes to business records.
- Report suspected unauthorized access or data issues promptly.
Data And Privacy
Data collected or processed through these tools is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Availability And Changes
Vision Glass Company may update, suspend, or discontinue access to these internal tools at any time. Access may be revoked when a user is no longer authorized or when misuse is suspected.
No Warranty
The tools are provided for internal operational support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, they are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
